730/2021. (XII. 20.) Korm. rendelet
a sportbeli dopping elleni nemzetközi egyezmény I. melléklete módosításának kihirdetéséről
1. § A Kormány e rendelettel felhatalmazást ad a sportbeli dopping elleni nemzetközi egyezmény kihirdetéséről szóló 99/2007. (V. 8.) Korm. rendelettel kihirdetett, a sportbeli dopping elleni nemzetközi egyezmény (a továbbiakban: Egyezmény) I. melléklete módosítása kötelező hatályának elismerésére.
2. § A Kormány az Egyezmény I. melléklete módosítását e rendelettel kihirdeti.
3. § (1) Az Egyezmény I. melléklete módosításának hivatalos magyar nyelvű fordítását az 1. melléklet tartalmazza.
(2) Az Egyezmény I. melléklete módosításának hiteles angol nyelvű szövegét a 2. melléklet tartalmazza.
4. § (1) Ez a rendelet - a (2) bekezdésben foglalt kivétellel - a kihirdetését követő napon lép hatályba.
(2) A 2. §, a 3. §, a 6. §, valamint az 1. melléklet és a 2. melléklet 2022. január 1-jén lép hatályba.
(3) Az Egyezmény módosításokkal egységes szerkezetbe foglalt hiteles szövegének és annak hivatalos magyar nyelvű fordításának közzétételéről a sportpolitikáért felelős miniszter gondoskodik.
5. § E rendelet végrehajtásához szükséges intézkedésekről a sportpolitikáért felelős miniszter gondoskodik.
6. § (1) A sportbeli dopping elleni nemzetközi egyezmény I. és II. melléklete módosításának kihirdetéséről szóló 537/2020. (XII. 1.) Korm. rendelet (a továbbiakban: Rendelet) 1. §-ában az "I. és II. melléklete" szövegrész helyébe a "II. melléklete" szöveg lép.
(2) Hatályát veszti a Rendelet 2. § (1) bekezdése, 3. §-a, valamint 1. és 2. melléklete.

2022. ÉVI TILTÓLISTA
NEMZETKÖZI DOPPINGELLENES SZABÁLYZAT
Érvényes 2022. január 1-jétől
Bevezetés
A mindenkor hatályos Tiltólista a Nemzetközi Doppingellenes Program részét képező, kötelezően alkalmazandó nemzetközi követelmény.
A Tiltólista tartalmának aktualizálására évente kerül sor, amelyet a WADA által elősegített átfogó konzultációs folyamat előz meg. A Tiltólista hatályba lépésének napja 2022. január 1.
A Tiltólista hivatalos szövegét a WADA gondozza, a szöveg angol és francia nyelven kerül közzétételre. Az angol és a francia nyelvű változat közötti bármely eltérés esetén az angol nyelvű szöveg irányadó.
Alább található néhány olyan kifejezés, melyeket jelen Tiltott Anyagok és Tiltott Módszerek lista tartalmaz.
Versenyidőszakon belül tiltott
Figyelembe véve egyes sportágakban a WADA által jóváhagyott eltérő időtartamot, a Versenyidőszak azon Versenyek kezdetét megelőző nap este 11:59-kor kezdődik, amelyeken a Sportoló részt vesz; az időszak a verseny végéig tart, és az adott versenyhez kapcsolódó mintavételi folyamatot is magába foglalja.
Mindenkor tiltott
A Nemzetközi Doppingellenes Szabályzat által meghatározott, versenyidőszakon belül és azon kívül is tiltott anyagok vagy módszerek.
Meghatározott és nem meghatározott
A Nemzetközi Doppingellenes Szabályzat 4.2.2. Cikke alapján "a 10. cikk alkalmazásában minden Tiltott Anyag a "meghatározott anyag" kategóriájába tartozik, kivéve, ha a tiltólistán ettől eltérően szerepel. Mindazonáltal a Tiltott Módszerek alapesetben nem minősülnek "meghatározott módszernek", kivéve, ha a tiltólistán kifejezetten "meghatározott módszerként" vannak feltüntetve." Ezen Cikkhez fűzött megjegyzés szerint "a 4.2.2. cikkben hivatkozott meghatározott anyagok és módszerek semmiképpen sem tekintendők kevésbé fontosnak vagy kevésbé veszélyesnek, mint a többi doppingszer vagy módszer. Mindössze arról van szó, hogy ezek olyan szerek, amelyeket a Sportoló nagyobb valószínűséggel használhat más célra is, azaz nem kizárólag a sportteljesítmény növelése érdekében."
Függőséget okozó szerek
A Nemzetközi Doppingellenes Szabályzat 4.2.3. Cikkének megfelelően a Függőséget okozó szerek olyan szerek, amelyek jellemzője, hogy használatuk a társadalom körében, a sport területén kívül, viszonylag széles körben elterjedt. A következőek kerültek kijelölésre Függőséget okozó szerekként: kokain, diamorphine (heroin), methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA/"ecstasy"), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
S0. NEM ENGEDÉLYEZETT SZEREK
MINDENKOR (VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL ÉS KÍVÜL) TILTOTT ANYAG
A csoportba tartozó tiltott anyagok "meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek.
Minden esetben tiltott bármely olyan farmakológiai szer, amely nem szerepel a Lista valamely következő részében, és amely jelenleg nem rendelkezik valamely kormányzati szabályozó egészségügyi hatóság humán terápiás használatra történő jóváhagyásával (például preklinikai fázisban lévő vegyületek vagy vizsgálati készítmények, vagy olyan vizsgálati készítmények, amelyek vizsgálatát félbehagyták, új pszichoaktív anyagok, kizárólag állatgyógyászati használatra jóváhagyott készítmények).
A csoport számos különböző anyagot magába foglal beleértve - de nem kizárólagosan - a BPC-157-et.
S1. ANABOLIKUS SZEREK
MINDENKOR (VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL ÉS KÍVÜL) TILTOTT ANYAG
A csoportba tartozó tiltott anyagok "nem meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek.
Az anabolikus szerek tiltottak.
1. Anabolikus Androgén Szteroidok (AAS)
Exogén módon alkalmazva, a teljesség igénye nélkül:

Clenbuterol, osilodrostat, szelektív androgén receptor modulátorok [SARM-ok, pl. andarine, LGD-4033 (ligandrol), enobosarm (ostarine) és RAD140], zeranol és zilpaterol.
S2. PEPTIDHORMONOK, NÖVEKEDÉSI FAKTOROK, ROKONVEGYÜLETEK ÉS MIMETIKUMOK
MINDENKOR (VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL ÉS KÍVÜL) TILTOTT ANYAG
A csoportba tartozó tiltott anyagok "nem meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek.
Az alábbi szerek, valamint a hasonló kémiai szerkezetű vagy hasonló biológiai hatású egyéb szerek tiltottak:
1. Erythropoietinek (EPO) és az eritropoiézist befolyásoló szerek
A teljesség igénye nélkül:
1.1. Erythropoietin-receptor agonisták, például darbepoetinek (dEPO); erythropoietinek (EPO); EPO alapú szerkezetek [pl. EPO-Fc, methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin beta (CERA)]; EPO-mimetikus szerek és szerkezeteik (pl. CNTO-530, peginesatide).
1.2. Hipoxia indukált faktor (HIF) aktiváló szerek, pl. kobalt; daprodustat (GSK1278863); IOX2; molidustat (BAY 85-3934); roxadustat (FG-4592); vadadustat (AKB-6548); xenon.
1.3. GATA inhibitorok, pl. K-11706.
1.4. Növekedési faktor-béta (TGF-ß) jelző inhibitorok, pl. luspatercept; sotatercept.
1.5. Innate repair receptor agonisták, pl. asialo EPO; carbamylated EPO (CEPO).
2. Peptid hormonok és az emberi szervezetben való felszabadításukat előidéző faktorok
2.1. Chorionic gonadotrophin (CG) és luteinizáló hormon (LH) és az emberi szervezetben való felszabadításukat előidéző faktorok férfiak esetében, pl. buserelin, deslorelin, gonadorelin, goserelin, leuprorelin, nafarelin és triptorelin;
2.2. Kortikotrofinek és az emberi szervezetben való felszabadításukat előidéző faktorok, pl. corticorelin;
2.3. Növekedési hormon (GH), annak analógjai és töredékei a teljesség igénye nélkül:
- növekedési hormon analógjai, pl.: lonapegsomatropin, somapacitan és somatrogon;
- növekedés hormon töredékei, pl.: AOD-9604 és hGH 176-191.
2.4. Növekedési hormon (GH) emberi szervezetben való felszabadítását előidéző faktorok, a teljesség igénye nélkül:
- növekedési hormont felszabadító hormon (GHRH) és annak analógjai (pl. CJC-1293, CJC-1295, sermorelin és tesamorelin);
- növekedési hormon szekretagógok (GHS) és ennek mimetikumai, [pl. lenomorelin (ghrelin), anamorelin, ipamorelin, macimorelin és tabimorelin];
- GH felszabadító peptidek (GHRP-k), [pl. alexamorelin, GHRP-1, GHRP-2 (pralmorelin), GHRP-3, GHRP-4, GHRP-5, GHRP-6, és examorelin (hexarelin)].
3. Növekedési faktorok és növekedési faktor modulátorok
A teljesség igénye nélkül:
fibroblaszt növekedési faktorok (FGF-ek);
hepatocita növekedési faktor (HGF);
inzulin típusú növekedési faktor-1 (IGF-1) és analógjai;
mechanoszenzitív növekedési faktorok (MGF-k);
trombocita-eredetű növekedési faktor (PDGF);
thymosin-ß4 és származékai, pl: TB-500;
vaszkuláris endotél növekedési faktor (VEGF);
és más növekedési faktorok vagy növekedési faktor modulátorok, amik hatást gyakorolnak az izom, ín vagy ínszalag fehérje szintézisére/lebontására, az érképződésre, az energiahasznosításra, a regenerálódási képességre vagy az izomrost típus átalakításra.
S3. BÉTA-2 AGONISTÁK
MINDENKOR (VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL ÉS KÍVÜL) TILTOTT ANYAG
A csoportba tartozó tiltott anyagok "meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek.
Az összes szelektív és nem szelektív béta-2 agonista, beleértve minden optikai izomert, tiltott.
A teljesség igénye nélkül:
Arformoterol; fenoterol; formoterol; higenamine; indacaterol; levosalbutamol; olodaterol; procaterol; reproterol; salbutamol; salmeterol; terbutaline; tretoquinol (trimetoquinol); tulobuterol; vilanterol.
Kivételek:
- Inhalált salbutamol: 24 óra alatt legfeljebb 1600 mikrogramm, amelynek megosztott mennyisége 8 órán keresztül nem haladhatja meg a 600 mikrogrammot a dózis bármely adagjától kezdődően;
- Inhalált formoterol: maximális kiadagolt dózis 24 óra alatt legfeljebb 54 mikrogramm;
- Inhalált salmeterol: 24 óra alatt legfeljebb 200 mikrogramm;
- Inhalált vilanterol: 24 óra alatt legfeljebb 25 mikrogramm.
Megjegyzés:
Ha a salbutamol koncentrációja a vizeletben meghaladja a 1000 ng/ml értéket vagy a formoterolé a 40 ng/ml értéket, azt nem lehet a szer terápiás célú alkalmazásának tekinteni és pozitív vizsgálati eredménynek (AAF) tekintendő, hacsak a Sportoló ellenőrzött farmakokinetikai vizsgálattal igazolni nem tudja, hogy a normál értéktől eltérő mérési eredmény olyan terápiás célú (inhalált) dózisnak tudható be, amely nem haladta meg a fent megjelölt maximális dózist.
S4. HORMON- ÉS METABOLIKUS MÓDOSÍTÓK
MINDENKOR (VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL ÉS KÍVÜL) TILTOTT ANYAG
Az S4.1 és az S4.2 alcsoportba tartozó anyagok "meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek. Az S4.3 és az S4.4 alcsoportba tartozó anyagok "nem meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek.
Az alábbi hormon- és metabolikus módosítók tiltottak:
1. Aromatáz inhibitorok
A teljesség igénye nélkül:
2-androstenol (5α-androst-2-en-17-ol);
2-androstenone (5α-androst-2-en-17-one);
3-androstenol (5α-androst-3-en-17-ol);
3-androstenone (5α-androst-3-en-17-one);
4-androstene-3,6,17 trione (6-oxo);
aminoglutethimide;
anastrozole;
androsta-1,4,6-triene-3,17-dione (androstatrienedione);
androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione (arimistane);
exemestane;
formestane;
letrozole;
testolactone.
2. Antiösztrogén hatású szerek [antiösztrogének és szelektív ösztrogén-receptor modulátorok (SERM-ek)],
A teljesség igénye nélkül:
bazedoxifene;
clomifene;
cyclofenil;
fulvestrant;
ospemifene;
raloxifene;
tamoxifen;
toremifene.
3. Aktivin IIB receptor aktivációt gátló szerek
A teljesség igénye nélkül:
aktivin A-neutralizáló antitestek;
aktivin IIB receptor kompetítorok, úgy mint decoy aktivin receptorok (pl. ACE-031);
anti-aktivin IIB receptor antitestek (pl. bimagrumab);
miosztatin inhibitorok, úgy mint
- a miosztatin termelést csökkentő vagy gátló szerek;
- miosztatin-kötő fehérjék (pl. follisztatin, miosztatin propeptid);
- miosztatin-neutralizáló antitestek (pl. domagrozumab, landogrozumab, stamulumab);
4. Metabolikus módosítók:
4.1. Az AMP-aktivált protein-kináz (AMPK) aktivátorai, pl. AICAR, SR9009; és peroxiszóma proliferátor aktivált receptor delta (PPARδ) agonistak, pl. 2-(2-methyl-4-((4-methyl-2-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)thiazol-5-yl) methylthio)phenoxy) acetic acid (GW1516, GW501516);
4.2. Inzulinok és inzulin mimetikumok;
4.3. Meldonium;
4.4. Trimetazidine.
S5. VÍZHAJTÓK ÉS MASZKÍROZÓ SZEREK
MINDENKOR (VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL ÉS KÍVÜL) TILTOTT ANYAG
A csoportba tartozó tiltott anyagok "meghatározott anyagban" minősülnek.
A következő vízhajtók és maszkírozó szerek tiltottak, csakúgy, mint az egyéb, hasonló kémiai szerkezetű vagy hasonló biológiai hatású anyagok.
A teljesség igénye nélkül:
- Desmopressin; probenecid; plazma expanderek, pl. albumin, dextran, hidroxietil keményítő és mannitol intravénás alkalmazása.
- Acetazolamide; amiloride; bumetanide; canrenone; chlortalidone; etakrinsav (etacrynic acid); furosemide; indapamide; metolazone; spironolactone; thiazide-ek, pl. bendroflumethiazide, chlorothiazide és hydrochlorothiazide; triamterene és vaptanok, pl. tolvaptan.
Kivételek:
- Drospirenone; pamabrom; és szénsav-anhidráz gátlók helyileg történő szemészeti alkalmazása (pl. dorzolamide, brinzolamide).
- A felypressin helyi alkalmazása fogorvosi anesztézia keretében.
Megjegyzés:
Ha egy Sportoló Mintájában - helyzettől függően - bármikor vagy Versenyidőszakon belül a küszöbértékkel rendelkező következő szerek: formoterol, salbutamol, cathine, ephedrine, methylephedrine és pseudoephedrine bármilyen mennyisége kerül kimutatásra vízhajtóval vagy maszkírozó szerrel együtt, az pozitív vizsgálati eredménynek tekintendő, hacsak a Sportoló a vízhajtóra és maszkírozó anyagra vonatkozóan kiadott gyógyászati célú mentesség mellett nem rendelkezik jóváhagyott gyógyászati célú mentességgel az adott anyagra vonatkozóan is.
TILTOTT MÓDSZEREK
MINDENKOR (VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL ÉS KÍVÜL) TILTOTT MÓDSZER
A csoportba tartozó tiltott módszerek "nem meghatározott módszernek" minősülnek, kivéve az M2.2 alcsoportba tartózók, amelyek "meghatározott módszernek" minősülnek.
M1. A VÉRBE ÉS A VÉR ALKOTÓELEMEIBE TÖRTÉNŐ BEAVATKOZÁS
Az alábbiak tiltottak:
1. Bármilyen eredetű autológ, allogén (homológ) vagy heterológ vér-, illetve vörösvérsejt-készítmény bármilyen mennyiségben történő beadása vagy visszajuttatása a keringési rendszerbe.
2. Az oxigénfelvétel, -szállítás vagy -bevitel mesterséges fokozása.
A teljesség igénye nélkül ideértve:
A perfluor vegyületeket; az efaproxiralt (RSR13), és a módosított hemoglobinkészítményeket, pl. hemoglobin-alapú vérpótló készítmények és mikrokapszulázott hemoglobin készítmények, kivéve a belégzés útján történő kiegészítő oxigénadást.
3. A vérbe vagy a vér alkotóelemeibe intravaszkuláris úton történő fizikai vagy kémiai beavatkozás bármely formája.
M2. KÉMIAI ÉS FIZIKAI BEAVATKOZÁS
Az alábbiak tiltottak:
1. A manipulálás vagy manipulálás kísérlete, a doppingellenőrzés során levett minták integritásának vagy érvényességének megváltoztatása céljából.
Ilyenek a teljesség igénye nélkül:
A minta helyettesítése és/vagy meghamisítása, pl. proteázok hozzáadása a mintához.
2. A 12 órás időtartam alatt összesen 100 ml-t meghaladó intravénás infúziók és/vagy injekciók, kivéve a kórházi kezelések, sebészeti eljárások vagy klinikai diagnosztikai vizsgálatok során indokoltan kapottakat.
M3. GÉN- ÉS SEJTDOPPING
Az alábbi, a sportteljesítmény fokozására alkalmas módszerek tiltottak:
1. Nukleinsavak vagy nukleinsav-analógok használata, amelyek bármilyen mechanizmus révén a génszekvenciákat és/vagy a génkibocsátást megváltoztathatják. Ez magába foglalja a teljesség igénye nélkül a génszerkesztés, a géncsendesítés és a génátvitel technológiáját.
2. Normál vagy genetikailag módosított sejtek alkalmazása.
S6. STIMULÁNSOK
VERSENYIDŐSZAKON BELÜL TILTOTT ANYAG
A csoportba tartozó tiltott anyagok "meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek, kivéve az S6.A alcsoportba tartozók, amelyek "nem meghatározott anyagnak" minősülnek.
Ebben a részben függőséget okozó szernek minősül: kokain és methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA / "ecstasy")
Minden stimuláns, beleértve - ha értelmezhető - minden (pl. d- és l-) optikai izomert, tiltott.
Stimulánsok, úgymint:

THE 2022 PROHIBITED LIST
WORLD ANTI-DOPING CODE
Valid 1 January 2022
Introduction
The Prohibited List is a mandatory International Standard as part of the World Anti-Doping Program.
The List is updated annually following an extensive consultation process facilitated by WADA. The effective date of the List is 01 January 2022.
The official text of the Prohibited List shall be maintained by WADA and shall be published in English and French. In the event of any conflict between the English and French versions, the English version shall prevail.
Below are some terms used in this List of Prohibited Substances and Prohibited Methods.
Prohibited In-Competition
Subject to a different period having been approved by WADA for a given sport, the In-Competition period shall in principle be the period commencing just before midnight (at 11:59 p.m.) on the day before a Competition in which the Athlete is scheduled to participate until the end of the Competition and the Sample collection process.
Prohibited at all times
This means that the substance or method is prohibited In- and Out-of-Competition as defined in the Code.
Specified and non-Specified
As per Article 4.2.2 of the World Anti-Doping Code, "for purposes of the application of Article 10, all Prohibited Substances shall be Specified Substances except as identified on the Prohibited List. No Prohibited Method shall be a Specified Method unless it is specifically identified as a Specified Method on the Prohibited List". As per the comment to the article, "the Specified Substances and Methods identified in Article 4.2.2 should not in any way be considered less important or less dangerous than other doping substances or methods. Rather, they are simply substances and methods which are more likely to have been consumed or used by an Athlete for a purpose other than the enhancement of sport performance."
Substances of Abuse
Pursuant to Article 4.2.3 of the Code, Substances of Abuse are substances that are identified as such because they are frequently abused in society outside of the context of sport. The following are designated Substances of Abuse: cocaine, diamorphine (heroin), methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA/"ecstasy"), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
S0. NON-APPROVED SUBSTANCES
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES (IN- AND OUT-OF-COMPETITION)
All prohibited substances in this class are Specified Substances.
Any pharmacological substance which is not addressed by any of the subsequent sections of the List and with no current approval by any governmental regulatory health authority for human therapeutic use (e.g. drugs under pre-clinical or clinical development or discontinued, designer drugs, substances approved only for veterinary use) is prohibited at all times.
This class covers many different substances including but not limited to BPC-157.

1.1 Erythropoietin-Receptor Agonists, e.g.
Darbepoetins (dEPO); erythropoietins (EPO); EPO based constructs [e.g. EPO-Fc, methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin beta (CERA)]; EPO-mimetic agents and their constructs (e.g. CNTO-530, peginesatide).
1.2 Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) activating agents, e.g. Cobalt; daprodustat (GSK1278863); IOX2; molidustat (BAY 85-3934); roxadustat (FG-4592); vadadustat (AKB-6548); xenon.
1.3 GATA inhibitors, e.g. K-11706.
1.4 Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-ß) signalling inhibitors, e.g. Luspatercept; sotatercept.
1.5 Innate repair receptor agonists, e.g. Asialo EPO; carbamylated EPO (CEPO).
2. Peptide Hormones and their Releasing Factors

All selective and non-selective beta-2 agonists, including all optical isomers, are prohibited;

Exceptions:
- Inhaled salbutamol: maximum 1600 micrograms over 24 hours in divided doses not to exceed 600 micrograms over 8 hours starting from any dose;
- Inhaled formoterol: maximum delivered dose of 54 micrograms over 24 hours;
- Inhaled salmeterol: maximum 200 micrograms over 24 hours;
- Inhaled vilanterol: maximum 25 microgramms over 24 hours.
Note:
The presence in urine of salbutamol in excess of 1000 ng/mL or formoterol in excess of 40 ng/mL is not consistent with therapeutic use of the substance and will be considered as an Adverse Analytical Finding (AAF) unless the Athlete proves, through a controlled pharmacokinetic study, that the abnormal result was the consequence of a therapeutic dose (by inhalation) up to the maximum dose indicated above.
S4. HORMONE AND METABOLIC MODULATORS

S5. DIURETICS AND MASKING AGENTS

All prohibited substances in this class are Specified Substances.
The following diuretics and masking agents are prohibited, as are other substances with a similar chemical structure or similar biological effect(s).
Including, but not limited to:
- Desmopressin; probenecid; plasma expanders, e.g. intravenous administration of albumin, dextran, hydroxyethyl starch and mannitol.
- Acetazolamide; amiloride; bumetanide; canrenone; chlortalidone; etacrynic acid; furosemide; indapamide; metolazone; spironolactone; thiazides, e.g. bendroflumethiazide, chlorothiazide and hydrochlorothiazide; triamterene and vaptans, e.g. tolvaptan.
Exceptions:
- Drospirenone; pamabrom; and topical ophthalmic administration of carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (e.g. dorzolamide, brinzolamide).
- Local administration of felypressin in dental anaesthesia.
Note:
The detection in an Athlete's Sample at all times or In-Competition, as applicable, of any quantity of the following substances subject to threshold limits: formoterol, salbutamol, cathine, ephedrine, methylephedrine and pseudoephedrine, in conjunction with a diuretic or masking agent, will be considered as an Adverse Analytical Finding (AAF) unless the Athlete has an approved Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) for that substance in addition to the one granted for the diuretic or masking agent.
PROHIBITED METHODS
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES (IN- AND OUT-OF-COMPETITION)
All prohibited methods in this class are non-Specified except methods in M2.2. which are Specified Methods.
M1. MANIPULATION OF BLOOD AND BLOOD COMPONENTS
The following are prohibited:
1. The Administration or reintroduction of any quantity of autologous, allogenic (homologous) or heterologous blood, or red blood cell products of any origin into the circulatory system.
2. Artificially enhancing the uptake, transport or delivery of oxygen.
Including, but not limited to:
Perfluorochemicals; efaproxiral (RSR13) and modified haemoglobin products, e.g. haemoglobin-based blood substitutes and microencapsulated haemoglobin products, excluding supplemental oxygen by inhalation.
3. Any form of intravascular manipulation of the blood or blood components by physical or chemical means.
M2. CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL MANIPULATION
The following are prohibited:
1. Tampering, or Attempting to Tamper, to alter the integrity and validity of Samples collected during Doping Control.
Including, but not limited to:
Sample substitution and/or adulteration, e.g. addition of proteases to Sample.
2. Intravenous infusions and/or injections of more than a total of 100 mL per 12-hour period except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital treatments, surgical procedures or clinical diagnostic investigations.
M3. GENE AND CELL DOPING
The following, with the potential to enhance sport performance, are prohibited:
1. The use of nucleic acids or nucleic acid analogues that may alter genome sequences and/or alter gene expression by any mechanism. This includes but is not limited to gene editing, gene silencing and gene transfer technologies.
2. The use of normal or genetically modified cells.
