23/1997. (VII. 19.) NM rendelet
a radionuklidok mentességi aktivitás koncentrációja és mentességi aktivitása szintjének meghatározásáról
Az atomenergiáról szóló 1996. évi CXVI. törvény hatálya alá nem tartozó radioaktív anyagok, valamint ionizáló sugárzást létrehozó berendezések köréről szóló 124/1997. (VII. 18.) Korm. rendelet 7. §-ának (3) bekezdésében kapott felhatalmazás alapján a következőket rendelem el:
1. § A radionuklidok mentességi aktivitás koncentrációjának és mentességi aktivitásának szintjét e rendelet melléklete tartalmazza.
2. § Ez a rendelet a kihirdetését követő 5. napon lép hatályba.

| Amennyiben a radioaktív anyag egynél több radionuklidot tartalmaz, vagy egy munkahelyen többféle radioaktív izotóp kerül felhasználásra, minden egyes radionuklid aktivitása vagy aktivitás koncentrációja és a hozzá tartozó mentességi szint hányadosaiból képzett összegre teljesüljön, hogy az nem eredményez 1-nél nagyobb értéket. | |
| Nyitott sugárforrások felhasználásánál a mentességet az egy időben tárolt radioizotópok aktivitása alapján lehet megállapítani. | |
