A BIZOTTSÁG 1574/2005/EK RENDELETE

(2005. szeptember 28.)

a nyers gyémántok nemzetközi kereskedelmében a kimberleyi folyamat tanúsítási rendszere végrehajtásáról szóló 2368/2002/EK tanácsi rendelet módosításáról

AZ EURÓPAI KÖZÖSSÉGEK BIZOTTSÁGA,

tekintettel az Európai Közösséget létrehozó szerződésre,

tekintettel a nyers gyémántok nemzetközi kereskedelmében a kimberleyi folyamat tanúsítási rendszere végrehajtásáról szóló, 2002. december 20-i 2368/2002/EK tanácsi rendeletre (1) és különösen annak 20. cikkére,

mivel:

(1) A 2368/2002/EK rendelet 20. cikke rendelkezik a kimberleyi folyamat tanúsítási rendszerében részt vevőknek a II. mellékletben található jegyzéke módosításáról.

(2) A kimberleyi folyamat tanúsítási rendszerének elnöke 2005. szeptember 19-i elnöki értesítésében határozott arról, hogy 2005. szeptember 20-i kezdettel Libanont a résztvevők listájához hozzáadják. A II. mellékletet ennek megfelelően módosítani kell,

ELFOGADTA EZT A RENDELETET:

1. cikk

A 2368/2002/EK rendelet II. melléklete helyébe e rendelet melléklete lép.

2. cikk

Ez a rendelet az Európai Unió Hivatalos Lapjában való kihirdetésének napján lép hatályba.

Ezt a rendeletet 2005. szeptember 20-tól kezdődően kell alkalmazni.

Ez a rendelet teljes egészében kötelező és közvetlenül alkalmazandó valamennyi tagállamban.
